Experience

Cellist Michael Haas is an active performer and teacher in New York and around the world. He recently toured China with the Juilliard Orchestra, performed at the Yellow Barn festival in Vermont and the Thy Chamber Music Festival in Denmark, and subbed with the New York Philharmonic in Avery Fisher Hall. He is currently a member of the New Haven Symphony and the Tessera Quartet. In addition to his performance activities, Michael is also in the process of becoming a certified Suzuki teacher at the School for Strings teaching training program.
