Freelance cellist Karen Poleshuck has vast professional performaning experience, including with the Cleveland Central Philharmonic Orchestra and the Mansfield Symphony Orchestra. She has taught music with LEAP (Learning through an Enhanced Arts Program, Inc.), Columbia University Head Start for Toddlers, the Rita Gold Early Childhood Center, the Jewish Community Center of Mid-Westchester, Cleveland School of the Arts, Bolton Elementary School, and the Elizabeth Morrow School. Karen is the Founder of Academic Music Seminars, a program of interdisciplinary curricula that uses classical music as a visceral and captivating foundation on which to construct a wide range of lessons.
